Mission

We Built the AI Platform Regulated Firms Couldn't Find

For over a decade, I've built data security, cloud infrastructure, and recently private AI systems for the government sector — environments governed by FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53, where a single breach isn't a headline, it's a national security incident.

The commercial world deserves the same standard. RIAs, broker-dealers, CPAs, accountants, family offices, and CFPs are entrusted with their clients' most sensitive financial data — yet they've been left with consumer-grade AI tools and shared infrastructure that no compliance officer should approve.

Datrus AI closes that gap. Dedicated environments per client, full data isolation, and audit-ready security — built to the same discipline as federal-grade systems, now available to the firms that need it most.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How secure is my data?

Every client gets a fully isolated environment — dedicated infrastructure, a dedicated database, and dedicated encryption keys. Nothing is shared with other clients, and client data is never used to train models. Datrus AI is built to the same discipline applied across federal systems (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53) and aligned with the standards that govern financial services (SEC, FINRA) — built on NIST AI RMF principles and engineered to SOC 2 Type 2.

What's included in the beta?

Beta clients receive the full Datrus AI platform — dedicated infrastructure, complete data isolation, and the company's compliance-ready security posture — at infrastructure cost only for the first six months. The beta is capped at 10 firms to ensure every client receives hands-on onboarding and direct access to the Datrus team.

Do I need technical skills to use it?

No. Datrus AI is designed for the people who do the work — advisors, accountants, partners, analysts — not for IT teams. The infrastructure, security, and integrations are handled behind the scenes. Clients get a clean, intuitive interface and outcomes they can act on. If your team can use email, your team can use Datrus.

What kind of support do clients receive?

Every Datrus AI client is assigned a dedicated liaison who owns the relationship end-to-end and coordinates the specialists behind it — machine learning engineers, cloud architects, and security engineers. One point of contact, a full team of experts, white-glove service from day one.

How is Datrus AI different from ChatGPT or Claude?

Those platforms run on shared, multi-tenant infrastructure — your firm's data lives alongside thousands of other organizations on the same systems. Datrus AI is single-tenant by design: every client gets dedicated infrastructure, isolated databases, and a compliance posture built for regulated industries. It's the difference between a hotel and a private residence.

How does Datrus AI stay current with industry regulations?

Datrus AI continuously updates its models with the latest information from the regulators and standards bodies that govern your industry — IRS publications and tax code updates, SEC and FINRA guidance, AICPA accounting standards, and Treasury and FinCEN notices. Your firm's AI doesn't operate on stale knowledge; it operates on what's true today.
